CAMPAIGN: Nimbo The Cloud. The Must (Not) Have Toy
Brief
Proton Drive is one of the safest cloud storage platforms out there. To dramatize the importance of data privacy, we created Nimbo – a cloud plush toy with a dark side.
A satirical nod to ‘90s toy culture, Nimbo represents the shady ways big tech can misuse your data. Through dark humour, we launched a campaign that exposed the risks of trusting your most personal family memories to unreliable tech giants. By parodying nostalgic toy ads, we turned a familiar childhood trope into a cautionary tale, while highlighting Proton Drive’s promise of secure, end-to-end encrypted storage for every precious memory.
