Venus: Re-Righting the Rules for All Skin Types

The challenge: modernize Venus' message and image to reflect the evolving conversation around body positivity.

My role involved leading the 
creation of Studio V, an internal content studio. From strategy to execution we created a nimble,
​in-house model that helped an old-school brand embrace inclusivity by redefining its relationship with skin.

 Studio V was our answer to revolutionizing how Venus approached social media. We crafted brand-new guidelines, building a visual
and tonal identity that shifted the narrative to one of body positivity and fairness to all skin types. By
“Re-Righting the Rules”, we helped Venus evolve into
​a brand that truly cares about all skin, ensuring its message was fair, authentic, and empowering across all social channels.

Creating inclusive and diverse photography that shows natural, blemished, scarred and (always) un-retouched skin, so that all women can see a skin they're in.

Lead and won the pitch for Venus' social business. Set up a content lab to create always on, culturally relevant, real-time content.
